SealSmart enables a faster Plan Sealing timeframe through a self-certification process of applications by accredited consultants.

JDA Consultants is a Brisbane City Council SealSmart accredited consultant. This allows us to liaise with Council engineers in order to determine which applications qualify for the SealSmart process and the applicable certification requirements for each condition.

Once the application meets all of the relevant requirements, Council seals SealSmart subdivision plans within five business days of payment of Plan Sealing fees.
